The instant form of the BCAA blend is completely unique, which allows for a quick preparation of a recovery drink. Preparation and dosage

Mix 2 scoops (approx. 50g) of powder in 500ml of water, the free BCAAs dissolve completely in a few minutes. At a lower loading intensity and for children from 12 years, mix 1 heaped spoon (approx. 25 g) in 250 ml of water. Drink immediately after exercise, preferably within 15 minutes.
