INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Test fit them into your shoe before removing the protective film.
Place them on the back of the shoe.
Remove the protective film and place the adhesive side down.
Reposition them if necessary, making sure the cushioned part is positioned in the same way in both shoes.
Be careful when removing them.
Slowly and carefully remove them by pressing the area near the heel protector with your other hand.
Change them after 6 months or at the first signs of wear.
