Adults and Children Hold the spray upright and spray a few times to activate the spray. Blow your nose to remove all mucus before using Sinomarin®. Remove the protective cap. Gently bend your neck forward over a sink and tilt your head to the right. Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly. Turn your head to the opposite side, and repeat the application in the other nostril. Remove the applicator from the nostril, return to an upright position while allowing the solution to act for a few seconds; Then blow your nose. Repeat if necessary. Wash the applicator with warm water and dry it after each use. Babies and children who require assistance Hold the spray upright and spray a few times to activate the spray. Clear the child’s nose before using Sinomarin®. Remove the protective cap. Place the baby in a supine position, turning their head to the right. Gently insert the applicator into the left nostril parallel to the nose and press firmly. Turn the head to the opposite side, and repeat the application in the other nostril. Remove the applicator from the baby’s nostril, place the baby in the starting position while allowing the solution to act for a few seconds, and then clear the nose or use a suction device to remove mucus. Repeat if necessary. Wash the applicator with warm water and dry it after each use. Sinomarin® Adults and Sinomarin® ENT 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril, 2 to 3 times a day, or as directed by a physician.
