Instructions for use:

Before sunbathing, apply a generous amount of sunscreen from a distance of about 15 cm. Applying small amounts will significantly reduce protection. Reapply several times, especially after sweating, bathing or wiping, to maintain protection. Avoid strong midday sun. Protect babies and young children from direct sun exposure; use a high SPF sunscreen (SPF greater than 25) and protective clothing. Even sunscreens with a high SPF do not provide complete protection against UV rays. Despite using sunscreen, don't stay in the sun for too long. Any sunburn will permanently damage your skin and you should try to prevent it.
