Bergamot is an aromatic citrus whose silica gives the unmistakable taste of the famous Earl Gray tea blend. The blend of oils is enriched with sweet citrus-fruit tones and a light spicy touch. The sweet touch of lemon essential oil softens and rounds out the whole composition. It brings the warmth of the Italian sun, which helped ripen the fruit from whose skins it is pressed.

How it is used

• Dosage for adults - for massage or bath - add 6 drops to 30 ml of vegetable carrier oil
• To perfume the room, use an aroma lamp, a diffuser (dose approx. 5 drops). You can also drip the oil into a bowl of baking soda, which slows down the evaporation of the essential oil and absorbs unwanted odors at the same time. The right natural products (pine cones, dried citrus slices) will also serve as a vaporizer for essential oils.
