Rive Gauche is a floral-aldehyde eau de toilette for women, launched by the fashion house Yves Saint Laurent in 1971. The fragrance is considered a classic. Its name can be translated as left bank [of the Seine]. In Paris, there is the Latin Quarter, whose atmosphere is created by students. Saint Laurent was the first great fashion designer to open a boutique there.
