Remostabil

Remostabil is available in the form of gelatin capsules, easy to administer, designed to ensure optimal bioavailability of the active substances.

Each capsule contains a balanced combination of magnesium oxide, L-tryptophan and standardised extracts of medicinal plants with adaptogenic and calming properties: passion flower, lemon balm, California poppy and hawthorn.

Formulated with a phyto-mineral complex and enriched with L-tryptophan, an essential amino acid involved in the synthesis of the neurotransmitter serotonin, Remostabil combines ingredients traditionally recognised for their calming, cardiotonic and sleep-promoting effects. Regular use can help restore emotional well-being, reduce chronic fatigue and improve sleep quality.

Remostabil is recommended in the following situations:

• Prolonged mental or emotional stress;
• Mild to moderate anxiety associated with irritability and nervous tension;
• Sleep disorders, difficulty falling asleep or shallow sleep;
• Mental exhaustion, difficulty concentrating and chronic fatigue;
• Palpitations or nervous hyperactivity;
• Stress-related somatic manifestations (functional gastrointestinal disorders, tension headaches).

For adults, the recommended dose is 1 capsule per day, preferably taken in the evening with a glass of water, to support natural and restful sleep.

Depending on the severity of the symptoms and the doctor's recommendation, the treatment may be extended for a period of several weeks.

Remostabil capsules should not be taken in the following cases:

• Known hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients;
• Pregnancy and breastfeeding, due to insufficient data on safety during these periods;
• Patients with severe neurological disorders or major depression, without prior medical consultation;

Long-term use requires regular assessment of the patient's general condition and psychological balance.

It is essential that Remostabil be taken in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle, including a balanced diet, regular exercise and avoidance of psychological stressors.

Remostabil is generally well tolerated by most users. However, the following side effects may occur in rare cases:

• Mild gastrointestinal disorders (abdominal discomfort, nausea);
• Skin allergic reactions (rash, itching) in cases of hypersensitivity;
• Mild daytime drowsiness, especially at higher doses or in combination with other sedatives.

If any unexpected side effects occur, stop taking the product and consult a doctor.

Remostabil may interact with certain classes of drugs, and concomitant administration should be undertaken with caution:

• Antidepressants – L-tryptophan may potentiate serotonergic effects
• Sedatives and hypnotics – extracts of passion flower, valerian or California poppy may have an additive effect with benzodiazepines or other sedative drugs;
• Beta-blockers – hawthorn may enhance the hypotensive effect;

In case of accidental administration of doses higher than those recommended, symptoms such as drowsiness, dizziness, headache or digestive discomfort may occur.

Although the risk of major toxicity is low due to the natural profile of the ingredients, in case of severe overdose, it is recommended to seek medical advice and take the necessary symptomatic measures.

To preserve the integrity of the active ingredients, Remostabil should be stored in appropriate conditions, at room temperature, below 25°C, in the original packaging, away from light, moisture and direct sources of heat. Keep out of the reach and sight of small children. Do not use after the expiry date stated on the packaging.
