Two scoops (15 g each) contain 400 mg of potassium, 300 mg of magnesium, and 200 mg of calcium. Magnesium and calcium contribute to normal energy metabolism. Instructions for use

It is recommended to dissolve 7.5 g of base citrates in sufficient liquid twice a day and then consume them.
