A beneficial effect is achieved if carbohydrates from all sources are consumed in a total amount of 4 g per kg of body weight, their intake in doses starting in the first 4 hours after high-intensity and prolonged exercise, which leads to muscle fatigue and depletion of reserves of glycogen from skeletal muscle and ends 6 hours after exercise.

Recommended dose

Mix 1 tablespoon (30 g) with 250 ml of water. You can consume the prepared drink before, during or after training.
