Magnesium helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance, normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system and muscles. In addition, magnesium contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal psychological function and the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth. It also contributes to the process of cell division. Alkaline/neutral pH. Mild laxative effect.
Instructions for use
Take 2 to 3 tablets daily, divided between main meals. Average content per daily dose of 2 tablets (1.5 g): magnesium 249 mg (66% NRV*). Average content per daily dose of 3 tablets (2.25 g): magnesium 374 mg (100% NRV*).
