Preparation and dosage
Pour 250 ml of boiling water over 1 infusion bag and leave for 10 min. infuse. 2 to 3 cups a day. The tea contains no dyes or flavors. Store in a dry place at a temperature of up to 25°C.

Poplar - fruit (Fructus cynosbati), Buckthorn - fruit (Fructus hippophae), Hyssop - sycamore (Herba hyssopi), Blackberry - leaf (Folium rubi fruticosi).
