- Melissa (Melissa officinalis L.). Native to the eastern Mediterranean region (Balkans and Asia Minor) and western Asia, lemon balm is mainly used to promote good quality sleep, particularly in children.
- Verbena (Aloysia citriodora Palau.). Native to Uruguay, Argentina, Chile and Brazil. Verbena is known for its calming properties. It is traditionally used to promote good and restorative sleep, particularly in children.
- Linden (Tilia tomentosa Moench syn. Tilia argentea Desfontaines). Lime trees are common garden plants, native to Northern Europe. Like Verbena, Linden is known for its relaxing properties, which make it ideal for quality, restorative sleep.
- Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia syn. officinalis Mill). Lavender grows wild in the south of France. It is generally used for its calming properties. It is also known to promote sleep, particularly in children.
