Arkorelax® Sonno Flex is the tailor-made sleep solution, in mini doses to adapt to your specific needs, for a good night in all circumstances.

Its poppy-based formula helps you relax and fall asleep. It is supplemented with melatonin at 0.5 mg per tablet.

You can take from 1 to 3 tablets at a time, depending on your needs and lifestyle (jet lag, difficulty falling asleep, waking up at night).
