Description
Artichoke herbal tea with beneficial properties.

Ingredients
Artichoke (Cynara scolymus L.) leaves 30%, peppermint (Mentha x piperita L.) leaves, boldo (Peumus boldus Molina) leaves, turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome, star anise (Illicium verum Hook.f.) fruits, hibiscus (Hibiscus sabdariffa L.) flowers.

How to use
Bring 150 ml of water (1 cup) to a boil. Add 2 g of herbal tea (about 2 teaspoons) and stir well. Cover the container to retain the volatile compounds. Simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.
Let steep for another 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, and then strain. Add sugar or honey, if desired. Ideally, 1 cup of herbal tea after meals.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources. The expiration date indicated refers to the product in its intact packaging and stored correctly.
