It contains carefully selected bacterial strains from four species: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus crispatus, and Lactobacillus gasseri , as well as 40 μg of biotin , which supports the proper functioning of mucous membranes. Each capsule delivers 10 billion CFUs (colony-forming units) in a microencapsulated form—the bacteria are protected by a capsule, guaranteeing their high survival , stability, and activity. The product is free from gluten , milk protein , soy , artificial additives , preservatives , and sweeteners . It does not contain GMO ingredients and is suitable for vegans.

Ingredients: Bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus rhamnosus V_1, Lactobacillus rhamnosus V_2, bulking agent: plant cellulose, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; capsule shell component: pectins; bacterial cultures: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Lactobacillus gasseri, Lactobacillus crispatus; D-biotin (biotin).

Daily dose: 1-2 capsules daily, preferably 15-30 minutes before a meal.
