• It is extracted by the Celtic method, that is, it is used for extracting and drying exclusively wooden tools, without metal. The salt is naturally dried in the sun. Being an unrefined salt, we find in it all 84 trace elements present in sea water and in our body.
• The gray and wet appearance makes it hard to confuse with other types of salt.
