Kinesiological tape

General instructions for use

• The skin must be clean, dry and free of oils or creams to prevent the tape from coming off prematurely.
• Locate the affected muscle fiber or muscle by palpation.
• Make sure the tape and the skin under the tape are perfectly stretched to avoid air bubbles.
• The tape sticks with/without tension, according to the indications; Important: the tape will stretch from the base to the end or from the center to the outside! Never the other way around!
• Due to the effect of heat (by stretching the tape or with a warm towel, etc.), the acrylic adhesive activates and thus generates the adhesion effect. RECOMMENDATION: apply an atraumatic method of removing the adhesive tape by wetting it with a solvent for 1-2 min.
• Do not remove the adhesive tape when you are in the shower, bath or pool!
