Niacinamide:

• involved in numerous enzymatic processes (enzyme cofactor)
• increases the secretion of collagen and proteins in the skin (adjuvant against aging and the appearance of signs of aging)
• inhibitor of IL-6, IL-8 TNF alpha, Il1β with anti-inflammatory effect
• contributes to reducing the transepidermal water loss factor compared to placebo and stimulates ceramide synthesis, thus strengthening the skin barrier function.

Lactoferrin:

• has anti-inflammatory effects
• decreases the level of triacylglycerols and free fatty acids in the skin
• sebum secretion decreases, the decrease in sebum secretion is directly correlated with the reduction in the proliferation of the P. acnes bacteria incriminated in the production of acne.

Zinc:

• is an essential cofactor in numerous processes that are involved in the attenuation of inflammation
• inhibits the proliferation of P. acnes
• decreases sebum secretion
• inhibits the enzyme 5 alpha reductase, which has the role of limiting the conversion of testosterone into its active form and thus reduces sebum secretion

Copper:
