It supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and participates in nerve conduction.DIH Spasm contains magnesium in the organic form of magnesium citrate. Organic magnesium salts are better absorbed compared to inorganic salts, e.g. magnesium oxide or magnesium carbonate. Vitamin C, with its antioxidant effect, protects the body against the effects of free radicals. It also has a positive effect on the production of collagen, which ensures the proper functioning and elasticity of blood vessels.
