Mix 1–2 teaspoons (2.5–5 g) of fiber in a glass of water (30 ml for every 1 g of psyllium) and drink well with another cup of liquid (at least 250 ml) – water , herbal tea, fruit juice, etc. Maximum daily doses of Psyllia Dr. Popova (1 teaspoon = approx. 2.5 g):

• Adults - 5 teaspoons
• Pregnant women - 1 tsp
• Nursing mothers - 1.5 teaspoons
• Small children from 6 years - 1 teaspoon, ensure sufficient dilution
