Evening primrose oil (Oenothera biennis), fish gelatin, L-Cystine, L-Methionine, stabilizer: glycerin, ferrous sulfate, nicotinamide, D,L-alpha tocopherol acetate, flavoring, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin, thickener: yellow beeswax, colorants: iron oxides, titanium dioxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, biotin.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Take one capsule in the morning with a large glass of water. It is recommended to continue taking this product for at least 3 months.
