Green Organics maple syrup is grade C, high quality, dark in color, and full of nutrients. Grades of maple syrup do not refer to its quality, as many mistakenly believe, but refer to the flavor and color of the syrup.
Grade A syrup is usually from early production, it is lighter in color and less aromatic, it has a less intense taste.
Grade C syrup is from the later production, the color is dark brown, and the aroma is special, intense.
