Description
Herbal food supplement with Psyllium fiber, which promotes regular intestinal transit and, thanks to the presence of dry extracts of Anise and Fennel, aids digestive function.
Contains lactobacillus acidophilus to support intestinal flora.
Suitable for vegans.

Ingredients
Psyllium fiber (Plantago ovata Forssk. L.) 99% from seed husk powder*; fructose, lactobacillus acidophilus LA1; green anise (Pimpinella anisum L.) fruit dry extract; flavorings; fennel (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) fruit dry extract titrated at 0.5% in essential oil; acidifier: citric acid; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide.
May contain traces of mustard and sesame seeds.

How to use
Place a teaspoonful of powder (about 3 g) in a large glass of water, mix well, swallow immediately and then drink another glass of water.
Take 2-3 times a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed.
It is recommended to take it away from meals and at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after any medications.

Warnings
The increased consistency of the preparation is synonymous with quality: taking it may be less pleasant, but no less effective.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years.
