Femannose N contains D-mannose, a molecule that offers a new approach to the treatment and prevention of acute cystitis from the age of 14.
It prevents E.Coli bacteria from attaching to the bladder and removes those already attached.

Femannose N provides 2 g of D-mannose per sachet, i.e. between 4 and 6 g per day during the treatment period, allowing targeted, rapid and effective action against unwanted bacteria, without destroying the flora.
The Active of Femannose N is D-mannose.
The advantage is that this molecule is produced in small quantities by the organism itself, so the active ingredient is not foreign to it.
The reason it works so well when given in larger quantities is that it prevents bacteria from attaching to mucous membranes and removes those already attached.
