Properties:
- no added sugar;
- Lizi's Granola is a unique product in that it has measured Glycemic Load (glycemic load), a concept introduced in 1997 at Harvard University and which describes the glycemic response of the body both qualitatively and quantitatively through the number of carbohydrates ingested;
- blood sugar depends on both the glycemic index and the total amount of carbohydrates ingested;
- the glycemic load is the basis of modern slimming cures;
- due to the low glycemic load, the product slowly releases energy (glucose) into the blood, maintaining the feeling of satiety;
- its composition makes it a product rich in vegetable proteins, dietary fibers, Omega 3 fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Ingredients:
Oat flakes, rapeseed oil, dehydrated coconut flakes, macadamia pieces (5%), mango puree (4%), apple juice, fructose, seeds in varying proportions: golden, sunflower and pumpkin seeds , pieces of mango (1%), natural flavors, oligofructose (prebiotic).
Precautions :
In small children who can choke on walnut pieces. Contains allergens (oats, nuts, cashews, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios, soy). May contain traces of gluten. Reseal the package after use.
