Vegan Omega 3-6-9 food supplement from Health Aid , which contains cold-pressed flaxseed oil to provide the appropriate quality and quantity of all three types of Omega fatty acids for the body's daily nourishment. It is ideal for strict vegetarians (vegans), as well as those who are allergic to fish or are fasting.
It is an odorless oil, suitable even for external use, by piercing the capsule and applying it gently to the skin, against dry skin.
