The Intoleran Quatrase 10,000 food supplement, 36 capsules, contains a blend of digestive enzymes and helps digest complex carbohydrates, such as fructans and galactans (present in cereals, vegetables and legumes, among others)* and lactose** from food and reduces the risk of gas formation.

Instructions for use
You can take Quatrase Forte before meals. You can take the capsules with water, for example. If you have difficulty swallowing, you can take the contents neat or dissolve them in a glass of water. The capsules are suitable for children (from 2 years). After ingestion, the enzymes remain active for about 30-45 minutes. Take 1 to 3 capsules at a time, just before meals. Maximum 15 capsules per day.

Quatrase forte is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Gluten and soy free.
