Mode of administration:
Mix a full measure (approx. 33 g) of ISOJECT with 200 ml of water, skimmed milk or another favorite drink. Shake well before consumption. It is recommended to consume ISOJECT as part of a well-balanced diet that includes complex foods and other protein sources. Individual nutritional needs may vary depending on gender, body weight, activity level or training intensity. However, in general, it is recommended to consume at least 1 g of protein per kg of body weight, consumed evenly throughout the day.
