Each capsule contains: A mixture of bacterial cultures containing 60 billion KTJ - guaranteed until the end of the minimum shelf life (KTJ - colonies forming a unit)

It also contains: potato starch; soluble cellulose (carrier), vegetable magnesium stearate (coating agent), ascorbic acid (antioxidant).

Mode of use

Recommended doses: Adults - 1 capsule per day with food. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after taking antibiotics. Store in the refrigerator to ensure maximum effectiveness and freshness.

Warning: Not suitable for children, pregnant and lactating women. Before you start taking the supplement, consult a doctor if you have fever, vomiting, nausea, bloody diarrhea, severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive problems (eg, diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist for more than three days, discontinue use and consult a physician. Do not use if you are immunocompromised (for example, due to AIDS, lymphoma, long-term treatment with corticosteroids). May contain traces of milk and soy. Do not use if you are allergic to milk or soy. Keep at a temperature of 15-25 °C, out of the reach of small children. The established recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The nutritional supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
