This protects sensitive teeth from unnecessary abrasion.

How to use:

Brush your teeth for 3 minutes, at least twice a day (morning and evening), especially after meals. Massage your gums while brushing. For children under 6 years of age, use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If you are taking fluoride from other sources, consult your dentist or doctor.
