Suggested dosage:

Recommended consumption immediately before training.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose of the product.

Instructions for use:

Dissolve 1 sachet of the product in 300 ml of cold water, stirring vigorously for about a minute. The product should be consumed immediately after preparation, preferably after a meal.
