How is the testing done?

1. Purchase a saliva collection kit You can find collection kits in our online store or purchase them from our distributors.

2. Mobile app registration Download the Macromo app and complete a short registration. The app is free and available for both Android and iOS.

3. Saliva collection in the comfort of your home After unpacking, fill the tube with a small saliva sample.

4. Sending samples to the laboratory Place the sample tube in the attached envelope and send it back to Macromo. The envelope is prepaid so you don't have to worry about postage. Take it to the nearest post office.

5. Analysis and results You will receive the results within 60 days in the Macromo application. Only you will see them. Macromo will not provide them to a third party under any circumstances.
