- magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg
- pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg

Indications:
It is used for the prevention and treatment of magnesium deficiency.
The association of some of the following symptoms may indicate a magnesium deficiency:
- nervousness, irritability, mild anxiety, transient fatigue, minor sleep disturbances;
- manifestations of anxiety, such as: digestive spasms or palpitations (in patients without heart conditions);
- muscle cramps, paresthesias.
Magnesium intake can improve these symptoms.

Action:
Magnesium - is a constituent element: bones contain half of the total amount of magnesium in the body, about 40% is found in muscles and soft tissues, and only 1% is found in the extracellular fluid.
The pharmacological actions of magnesium consist of: depression of striated muscle function, depression of cardiac functions and vasodilatation, relaxation of uterine smooth muscle.
Pyridoxine
Pyridoxine is a water-soluble vitamin with the role of coenzyme in multiple metabolic processes.

Composition:
Each dragee contains magnesium lactate dihydrate 470 mg and pyridoxine hydrochloride 5 mg.

Mode of administration:
Adults: 6-8 MAGNEBENE dragees per day, divided into 2-3 doses, administered during meals.
Children over 20 kg and aged between 6-12 years and adolescents: 4-6 MAGNEBENE dragees per day (10-30 mg elemental magnesium/kg and day), divided into 2-3 doses, administered during meals.
The usual duration of treatment is one month.
