Description
Melatonin dietary supplement. Its hydroalcoholic spray formulation ensures rapid absorption.
Melatonin helps to:
- reduce the time required to fall asleep: 1 mg of melatonin shortly before bedtime (4 sprays);
- relieve the effects of jet lag: 0.5 mg of melatonin, just before bedtime, on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination (2 sprays).
It also contains poppy and hawthorn extracts. Hawthorn extract helps achieve a state of relaxation and mental well-being.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: E 420 (ii); red poppy (Papaver Rhoeas L.) flowers fluid extract D/E* 1:2, hawthorn (Crataegus oxyacantha medicus and Crataegus monogyna Jacq.) flowers and leaves fluid extract D/E 1:1.5, purified water, melatonin, flavourings.

How to use
Shake well before use, press 3-4 times to obtain the first spray, and spray directly into the mouth (4 sprays, equal to 0.5 ml). Rinse the oral adapter with water before and after use. Take the recommended dose just before bedtime.

Warnings
Keep out of reach of children and do not administer to children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects.

Conservation
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and heat sources.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 48 months.
