Melatonin is a lipo and water soluble neurohormone synthesized by the pineal gland. Vitamin B6 supports the conversion bioprocess of tryptophan - 5HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) - serotonin - melatonin. Melatonin synthesis is stimulated by darkness and reduced by light. Melatonin is also synthesized in the retina, gastrointestinal tract, skin, liver, kidneys, leukocytes. Melatonin receptors are found throughout the body.

Mode of administration
1 capsule/day 20-30 minutes before bedtime or as recommended by the specialist consultant.
After administration do not drive cars or heavy machinery.
Administer to people suffering from multiple sclerosis, asthma, lymphoma, leukemia, diabetes, epilepsy, autoimmune diseases or those using MAO inhibitors (iproniazid) only on the recommendation of a specialist.
