Birch leaf tea, 50 g, Stef Mar Valcea
Effect of birch tea: Diuretic, removes uric acid, litholytic (dissolves stones), depurative, anti-inflammatory, hypotensive, hypocholesterolemic, antifebrile, sudorific.
Main uses: Edema (accumulation of water in the tissues), urinary infections and inflammations, urinary lithiasis. Other uses: Rheumatism, gout, skin conditions, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity.
Contraindications: At the recommended doses. At the recommended doses, they are not known.
Preparation: Prepare an infusion of 1 teaspoon of the crushed plant in a cup of water.
Use: Drink 3-4 cups of tea a day.
