Description
Dietary supplement containing vitamins, magnesium, and taurine, in single-dose sachets. This comprehensive magnesium-based formulation is recommended for use in situations of stress (folate), fatigue (folate, magnesium, vitamin B6, vitamin B12), and muscle fatigue (magnesium, vitamin D). The magnesium salt used, magnesium glycerophosphate, has been shown to have excellent gastrointestinal tolerability.
Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients
Magnesium glycerophosphate (1800 mg), flavorings: citric acid, orange juice powder and citrus flavorings, taurine, sweetener: steviol glycosides, pyridoxal-5-phosphate (vit. B6), calcium L-methylfolate (vit. B9), methylcobalamin (vit. B12), cholecalciferol (vit. D3).
Free from soy and milk proteins.

Gluten free.

Lactose free.

How to use
1 sachet per day to be dissolved in a glass of water (150) and mix well.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age. Supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
