How to use
For adults 50 years and older, take 1 tablet daily, even between meals, with water. If necessary, the tablet can be split into two halves for easier administration.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under three years.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Conservation
Store in a dry place, at a temperature not exceeding 25°C, in the tightly closed original container. Do not use if the aluminum foil is damaged when the cap is opened.
