Naturlider's Hypnox, in a 90-capsule container, is a nutritional supplement that helps regulate the proper functioning of the nervous system. It is recommended for cases of insomnia of physiological or psychological origin. It has been shown to be effective in promoting restful, long-lasting, and deep sleep.

It contains plant extracts, the GABA molecule, melatonin, and L-glycine. All of these elements have sedative properties. Melatonin is known as the sleep hormone and is produced naturally in the body until around age 40.
