NIDRAMAP

A plant-based food supplement that, according to Ayurvedic tradition, is able, in Vata subjects, to have an effect on the physiological function of sleep, sometimes disturbed or inhibited by worries, anxieties, and emotional tension.
Ashvagandha, Jatamansi, and Brahmi promote relaxation and mental well-being; Long pepper acts as an adaptogenic tonic.

Ingredients
Powder of: Long pepper ( Piper longum L. ) fructus, Ashvagandha [ Withania somnifera (L.) Dunal .] radix, Brahmi [ Bacopa monnieri (L.) Pennell ] herba, Jatamansi ( Nardostachys jatamansi DC .) radix; stabilizer: gum arabic; anti-caking agent: magnesium silicate.

How to use
Take 2 tablets half an hour before going to bed.

Warnings
Pregnant or breastfeeding women and children are advised to consult their doctor.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of reach of children under 3 years of age.
The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.

Conservation
Shelf life in unopened packaging: 36 months.
