Properties of ingredients

Vitamin B6 - contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity.
Zinc - helps maintain normal fertility and reproductive functions, protects cells from oxidative stress, and maintains healthy hair, skin and nails.
Vitamin C – helps in the proper production of collagen and protects cells from oxidative stress. Contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system.
Riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 - contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Vitamins K and D - help maintain healthy bones.

Recommended daily intake

Adults: 2 gummies daily, with a meal.
