Vitamin K2 MK-7 is the highest form of vitamin K2 absorbed by the human body. It is obtained from a traditional Japanese fermented soybean product, as a result of the fermentation of Bacillus subtilis natto bacteria. Vitamin K contributes to proper blood clotting and helps maintain healthy bones.
