Functional disorders of the prostate, especially those affecting the nervous and fibromuscular tissue, are a phenomenon found in urological conditions (benign prostatic hyperplasia and chronic prostatitis), primarily caused by localized neuroinflammation and localized oxidative stress. At the cellular level, hyperreactivity of mast cells, immune cells capable of responding to hormonal, bacterial, and traumatic stimuli, is responsible for peripheral sensitization (pelvic pain) and the edematous and hyperplastic phenomena typical of chronic prostatitis and benign prostatic hyperplasia. The chronicity of the peripheral neuroinflammatory process strongly influences the reactivity of spinal microglia, whose activation amplifies the pain sensation perceived by the patient (central sensitization).
Pelviprost should be used under medical supervision, as part of the dietary regimen of subjects with disorders caused by neuroinflammatory processes.

How to use
According to the doctor's opinion, as a guideline, 1-2 tablets per day, preferably taken after meals.
