The original composition of Penco® Athlete Daily Caps is developed to meet the specific requirements of athletes who train hard. Long-term, high-intensity sports activities threaten natural defenses. Examples are training in several phases in one day or several hours of endurance training.

Penco® Athlete daily capsules contain functional doses of vitamins and trace elements whose positive effect on the immune system has been confirmed by EFSA (European Food Safety Authority). The product components work together - synergistically. Vitamin D deficiency is common in active athletes, especially in the winter months. Female athletes usually suffer from iron deficiency.

Penco® Athlete Daily Caps is also enriched with purple echinacea extract, which affects the normal functioning of the respiratory system. Based on expert studies, Goldcell® Beta glucan increases the activity of the natural defense system by stimulating macrophages, the so-called "body's defense cells".

Dosage

Adults 1-2 capsules per day, children from 8 years 1 capsule per day or once every other day. Adults up to 2 capsules per day during periods of extreme physical exertion, mental stress or in the autumn and winter months.

Magnesium salts of citric acid, vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), gelatin capsule (100% gelatin), Goldcell® Beta Glucan from the cell walls of Saccharomyces cerevisiae 7%, ferrous fumarate, purple conifer extract 4:1 (Echinacea purpurea) 3%, beta-carotene 10% (vitamin A), zinc oxide, copper sulfate, vitamin D (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), folic acid, sodium selenite.
