Magnesium is a mineral present in almost all our cells and in many foods (chocolate, dried fruit, seafood...).

The SU.VI.MAX (Supplementary Antioxidant Vitamins and Minerals) study showed that 7 out of 10 French people are deficient in magnesium, despite a balanced diet. A supplement may therefore be necessary to make up for deficiencies .

Formag is composed of:

- Magnesium , in particular in the specific form of Hypro-ri® mag extracted from the Dead Sea (known for its high concentration of mineral salts) which contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and reduces fatigue. Magnesium also contributes to normal muscle function;
- Vitamin B6 which helps reduce fatigue;
- Laurin is a derivative of sulfur amino acids, cysteine. Improves intracellular incorporation of magnesium.
