Set the flow indicator according to your doctor's recommendations.
Place the control point at the base of the measuring scale.
Hold the device by the edges, without touching the scale.
Take a deep breath.
Hold your breath, insert the mouthpiece into your mouth, close your lips firmly around it, and blow as hard and fast as you can.
Read the indicated value and repeat the test 3 times.
