Description
In stressful situations, such as physical exertion, stress, diseases, there is an increased release of glutamine from muscle cells, the so-called A catabolism. Even if "man" creates glutamine from other amino acids (valine, isoleucine, leucine, glutamic), this amount created is not enough and must be supplied externally. With a high physical load and with the current long-term insufficiency of this amino acid in the body, a loss of muscle mass occurs, fatigue appears, the time required for regeneration increases and the body's immune response deteriorates. Scientific experiments have shown that it is possible to meet the demand of the muscles if the body is adequately supplied with glutamine.

Day off: Take one tablespoon of L-Glutamine three times a day, spread evenly throughout the day, with one serving in the evening before bed.
