It prefers siliceous soils and its flower heads are harvested one by one from July to September.

Very good, just as I expected. The surprise was that the box says it is a dietary supplement, which means I can also use it internally. I am happy about this because I have used this type of supplement internally before, especially for biliary colic, as it has a cholagogue effect. I am very satisfied.
