Description
A medical device that normalizes the reactivity of the vaginal mucosa. It is useful in treating symptoms of mucosal hyperreactivity induced by the use of antiseptics during vaginitis and by the placement of contraceptive devices. It is particularly indicated for the control of vaginal symptoms following the use of antiestrogenic drugs as adjuvant treatment in women with breast cancer.
Saginil in vaginal cannulas intervenes in maintaining the morpho-functional integrity of the vaginal mucosa to counteract the triggering and amplification of the sequence of tissue events that characterize, at a local level, mast cell hyperreactivity.
Saginil in vaginal cannulas is also able to control the recurrence phenomena that frequently occur following vaginitis of various etiologies.

How to use
For the treatment of vaginitis, we recommend using one cannula every other day (preferably in the evening) for 10 to 20 days or as directed by a specialist. For the treatment of women undergoing antiestrogen therapy, we recommend one cannula per day until symptoms improve or disappear. The product can be used in conjunction with ongoing drug therapy.
1) Wash your hands thoroughly. Before first use, unscrew the cap of the tube, twist it and use the pointed end to pierce the aluminum seal. Do not use if the seal is broken.
2) Remove a cannula from its protective packaging and screw it onto the mouth of the tube, taking care to keep the two components aligned.
3) Press the tube to fill the cannula with gel until it is completely filled, i.e. until the piston stops.
4) Unscrew the cannula from the tube and replace the cap on the tube.
5) To apply, lie down, gently insert the tip of the cannula deep into the vagina and empty the contents by slowly pushing the plunger all the way in. Remove the cannula and discard after use.

warnings
Avoid contact with eyes; rinse thoroughly in case of accidental eye contact. Do not swallow. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not suitable for people already sensitized to the ingredients in the formula. Use preferably before the expiration date indicated on the packaging.
Saginil vaginal cannulas do not interact with commonly used pharmacological treatments for vaginitis; however, consult your doctor before using them at the same time. During treatment, it is recommended to use Saginil Intimate Cleanser.

Conservation
Store at a temperature not exceeding 40°C.
Shelf life in intact packaging: 36 months.
