Chaga is a widespread fungus that parasitizes birch trunks. It is a mushroom with an irregular body shape with a distinctive, typical black coloration. This is caused by a high concentration of melanin pigment. The original homeland of Chaga is Asia and the Russian taiga regions. It is also a mushroom widely used here since the 16th century.

Traditional use

Mix a teaspoon in a small amount of water. We use it 3 times a day.

TIP for preparation

First we put the required amount in a glass, add only 2 times more water than the powder content and mix to a thick paste. We can dilute this paste with liquid as desired. This way no lumps form.
